while I was serving on a small cruiseship one of the passenger who was a former admiral, I asked him one evening back in the early 90s if he thought that the philidelphia expeperiment was real, he looked at me and said , " Do you you think it happend" I said yes. He then said "you should believe it becuase it did happen , I was there. His name was Fritz as I recall. I only wish that I had documented the story more, this was on the ACCL cruise line 1993. I was working as a deckhand at the time.

this could explain u.f.o's being able to disappear and reappear.i heard there was alien contact on this experiment maybe that's how they get around so easy as it is said with ufo's they make a electic sound and are there one second and gone the next it's just a thought??? don't freak out on me people!!!!
