You can find a tutorial.I can try to say it, but i'm not good. :PFirt, paint the background, then you make a new frame with F6 in 20 or what you want, then you move the bacround there you want it to move ,then you right-click in the middle of there you make'd the frames, and press "Create Motion Tween". And there you have it. ;)

For a minute i thought Kanye West did this. Excellent animations going on. The stick men animations were amazing!! I liked some of more human pictures of Kanye West. Not really a fan much but i can appreciate the less 'ego' ones.
