The New Testament was originally written in Aramaic and then immediately translated into Greek either by the author himself or by an assistant and in the authors presence. All the authors of the New Testament were fluent in both Aramaic and Greek. The Apostle Paul was fluent in Aramaic, Greek, Latin and Hebrew. Copies of all the New Testament books were immediately transmitted (by courier)to Jerusalem which was the seat of the First Century Church. There are literally thousands of copies.

It should be the opposite: Jesus spoke Aramaic, but, since he had an education, he could read & speak Hebrew. That's why in the Mel Gibson film, in the original languages, Jesus speaks Aramaic. The whole New Testament was written in Greek. There is no evidence that some books were originally written in Hebrew, because no copies in Hebrew have been found. Luke was Greek (The Gospel and Book Of Acts) and in Galilee pretty much everybody spoke Greek: Peter, Andrew, Philip are all Greek names
