man, it is hard to remake such a good song such as tom petty and have it be better! that never happens, some may not agree, but all i know, is that john mayer is what is saving our music generation today. seriously thank you god for john because without him, we would be somewhat lost in music today.

i definitely agree with you. this cover is so amazing. i like it better than the original...but that's probably just because i'm a hardcore john mayer fan.haha either way, you said it :)
