The movie production was cancelled because of some big controversy, and this is not from the movie. This is a video promoting Halo 3 called the Arms Race.

I'll tell you why it's fake, did you notice that in the opening credits it listed the directors name twice? and they always, always, put producers first. 70% of the time...
